Accompanying Persons and Tourism

Accompanying persons may register for the conference at the rate of $125 US, which entitles you to the benefits listed below.

See New York City with tours by Greyline. We have arranged for a complimentary Monday morning bus tour of downtown New York for all accompanying persons, following a light breakfast at the Marriott Marquis in the Brecht Room (4th floor), 8-10 am. Representatives from Greyline will be available at the breakfast to sign you up for additional tours throughout the conference (payment for these tours is your responsibility).

Marriott Marquis guests also have access to their own Broadway show ticket booth in the lobby area - make sure you see a show during your stay!

Finally, we are coordinating with the Times Square Alliance to offer you discounts on nearby attractions and restaurants, which we will provide in your registration materials. Please visit them at www.timessquarealliance.org to explore entertainment and dining options near the conference hotel.

    Ceremony - 4:00 - 6:00 pm - Broadway Ballroom, 6th floor

    Reception - 6:00 - 8:00 pm - Broadway lounge, 8th floor.

  • 20 August Monday, 5:30 - 7:00 pm: Vendor Exposition Opening Reception

    Join our 60+ vendors for drinks and appetizers in the Westside Ballroom (5th floor)

  • 21 August Tuesday, 7:00 - 10:00 pm: Congress Banquet - Broadway Lounge

    Experience the best of New York City food, drink, and jazz, including performances by Broadway dancers in the Broadway Ballroom (6th floor). Tickets are an additional $125 US. Please book early as space is limited.

  • 22 August Wednesday, 4:40 - 7:00 pm: Closing Ceremony and Reception
